This website describes what Seen Capital does. It is informational: nothing on the public pages is an offer of securities, investment advice, or a commitment to fund any business. Some areas of the site are private and available by invitation only.
Funding for participants is governed by an individual written agreement, provided in the participant's language, readable and hearable in full before acceptance, with a cooling-off period after acceptance. Nothing in these terms changes that agreement.
We message applicants and participants who have asked to hear from us. You can end our WhatsApp messages at any time by replying STOP. We will never ask for passwords or PINs in a message; if a message claiming to be Seen Capital asks for these, it is not us — please report it to hello@seen.new.
