These terms cover the use of seen.new, the Seen app (the web app at app.seen.new and the Seen app for Android) and the messages we send you. They are deliberately short.
Seen Capital, Inc. is a corporation registered in Delaware, United States, operating internationally through local entities as markets open, beginning with Seen Capital Rwanda Ltd (Kigali). Contact: hello@seen.new.
This website describes what Seen Capital does. It is informational: nothing on the public pages is an offer of securities, investment advice, or a commitment to fund any business. Some areas of the site are private and available by invitation only.
Funding for participants is governed by an individual written agreement, provided in the participant's language, readable and hearable in full before acceptance, with a cooling-off period after acceptance. Nothing in these terms changes that agreement.
We contact applicants and participants by SMS and by notifications from the Seen app. We send a sign-in code only when you ask for one. Other messages are short notices that there is something for you to read in the app. You can turn the app's notifications off in your phone's settings. To stop our SMS notices, write to hello@seen.new.
Seen no longer uses WhatsApp. A WhatsApp message that claims to be from Seen Capital is not from us.
We will never ask for your PIN or a sign-in code in a message or a call. Type them only into the Seen app. If a message claiming to be Seen Capital asks for either, it is not us. Please report it to hello@seen.new.
